Mr. Parry and I have many food sensitivities. He is sensitive to dairy, egg, bell peppers, and cinnamon. I am sensitive to gluten, dairy, egg, or corn and I am a vegetarian by choice. As you may have guessed, coming up with meals that we can both eat is quite challenging-and I welcome the challenge excitedly! I love cooking and baking, and now that I have my own kitchen to experiment in, I have learned so many things about cooking allergen-free food.

Here, I will gladly share my recipes so that those of you who have the same sensitivities/allergies or are vegan/vegetarian can be as excited as I am, rather than fearing the challenges they create in the kitchen.
